What Qubetex does for your shop

Every sale, purchase and return moves stock by itself. Low-stock alerts, batches and expiry dates, and stock value whenever you ask.
Each customer has an account: what they bought, what they paid, what is still due — with a reminder you can send them.
Each branch keeps its own stock, staff and till. The owner sees every branch, together or one at a time.
Daily sales, profit per bill, per product and per customer, expenses, and a day close with a cash count.
Billing carries on offline and syncs by itself when the connection comes back.
Put your own GST rates on items and the tax prints on the invoice, itemised. Qubetex does not file returns or send e-invoices to the GST portal — your accountant keeps doing that, with clean reports from us.
Record how the customer paid — cash, UPI, card or bank — and add your own payment methods. Payment apps are not connected to Qubetex; you record what you received.

Can I use it on my phone?

Can I keep udhaar (credit) accounts?
Yes. Every customer has a khata with what they owe, payments received, and a reminder you can send on WhatsApp.
Is GST filing included?
No. You set GST rates and they print on the invoice; filing stays with your accountant. Reports give them the numbers they need.
