Delete your account & data
Google Play / account deletion request
You can ask us to permanently delete your Qubetex POS account and the shop data linked to it. You do not need the mobile app installed to make this request.
How to request deletion
- Email contact@qubetexpos.com with subject: Delete my Qubetex POS account.
- Include the email address you use to log in, and your shop name (if you remember it).
- Or message us on WhatsApp from our contact page with the same details.
What we delete
- Your login account (owner / staff users for that shop, as requested)
- Shop business data stored on our servers (products, sales, parties, stock, settings, etc.)
- API / mobile app tokens for that account
What we may keep for a short time
- Backup copies until the next scheduled backup rotation (usually within 30 days)
- Minimal records required by law (for example tax / licence history), if applicable
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion within 7 days after we verify you own the account. Uninstalling the Android app only removes data on your phone — it does not delete your cloud shop. Use this page / email for full deletion.
Also inside the website
If you can still log in on qubetexpos.com, you may also delete your user account from Profile (where available). For a full shop wipe, email us so we can remove the tenant data safely.
